21 Day Fix Meal Ideas


Some of my meals from the first 3 days of the 21 fix

If your interested in doing beach body's 21 day


Breakfast 


Fruit & yogurt 

1 Purple container full of blue berries and raspberries
1 Red container full of Greek yogurt


Omelette 

3/4 Red container - 2 egg WHITES & 1 whole egg 
1/4 Blue container of goat cheese
1/4 - 1/2 container of spinach onions & peppers
Plus some franks red hot sauce 
(this mean made me realize these containers are to big sometimes, haha) 

Lunch


Tuna Wrap

In this picture I used 1 red container of tuna with some mustard .. WAY to much for a wrap
1 green container full of peppers, onions & spinach
1 yellow for a wrap 

Dinner 


Taco Salad
1 blue container of chedder cheese
1 red container full of ground turkey with taco seasoning 
1 green container full of  peppers, onions, cucumber & spinach


Delicious Spaghetti Squash 

2 green containers full of spaghetti squash
1 green container full of spinach
1 red container = 4 pieces of turkey bacon 
1 bluye container full of soft goat cheese 
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 
1 tablespoon maple syrup (shhh)
1 table spoon olive oil
