Day one diet/eating healthy!!


- 1red pepper
- 1/2apple
- 1/5 onion
- 10 pecans
- 25 dried cranberries

Salad dressing
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 4 tbs apple cider vinaigrette
- 1/2 tbs honey
- 1 tbs Splenda
- 1/8 garlic clover
